You may have been to several pharmacies before, but Rayfield's isn't CVS or Rite Aid. It's a historic little gem that makes you feel like the bygone days of soda fountains and breakfast with a friend. Delicious breakfast sandwiches and a whole lot more. Very friendly folks too.

Great break and lunches. Make sure you try the breakfast omelets. The big breakfast is enough to forget about eating lunch

When I stopped in on a Tuesday morning, I think it was the only breakfast place in town that was open. Friendly counter service for standard breakfast offerings....but slow. The single short-order cook was doing the best she could. Every seat was filled, with others waiting. Breakfast service stopped promptly at 10:30 am, leaving some disappointed. Food was fresh and... Outside the door when they opened @ 8 along w/ 4 other couples who were locals. I had a la carte 1 (lg) sweet potato pancake ($1.49) a side of crispy bacon (4 pieces/$1.89) and coffee. Don't expect fancy dinnerware or real maple syrup. He had a breakfast sandwich of bisquit, fried egg and a thick crispy piece of scrapple.... More

What a quaint charming place - serving breakfast and lunch. Wish they had longer hours - closing at 3:00. Food is great!

When I first heard about Rayfield's, I was expecting a 1950's nostalgic flashback. That is not what I got. It is pretty much a CVS type pharmacy with a little sit down area for sandwiches and ice cream. Nothing special.

Went here for breakfast on a Tuesday and the place was fairly busy. One cook and two waitresses for this place is simply not enough. They seemed to be overwhelmed. The waitress got my order wrong and the my wife's bagel was barely toasted so we sent it back. The waitress never refilled my coffee or even asked about it... More

A favorite spot for local people, the pharmacy is a great find for the traveler looking for some local flavor. Good food Pleasant service nothing outstanding, but a nice time. I've been there for breakfast a couple of times, try the sweet potato pancakes. My only complaint is that the pancake syrup that they use has virtually no flavor.

I really love old-fashioned pharmacies with interesting trinkets and collectibles, grills, ice cream and cream soda fountains, so this might be a bit biased. The grilled sandwiches were so good (cheese and tuna). It was like your grandma made it! Then, I couldn't leave without a milkshake. That took a long time to get, but it was worth waiting for.... Very friendly, the store has lots of what you need, burgers were good and shakes were wonderful.(frankly, best meal we had in town). Try the Banana Pudding shake - amazing!
