We stopped here for coffee and ate lunch. We then came back for ice cream later. Friendly atmosphere with excellent food and coffee! Will be back every time we are in the area.

We stopped here when in town on doctor's visits. Great Chai Latte! I ordered mine with almond milk. Espresso and brewed coffee were also both very good. Owner or manager was very nice and attentive. Beautifully restored old building! Highly recommended!

This place was recommended to us by Me's Burgers and Brew. It did not disappoint us. Chai Latte was great...wish I would have gotten a larger size. Friendly and informative staff.

all the coffee and tea I've had here have been fantastic, but they have one of the best dirty chai tea's (chai tea latte with a shot of espresso) I've ever had. Came back and had a sandwich which was also very good. The staff is friendly and informative if you have any questions about the menu. They love educating... More

Located in the historic district of Danville, unique setting. Good menu variety and healthy food. Very casual.

If you want a social spot, that's casual, where you won't be "shushed" if you're having fun, Brewed Awakening might be your place. I stopped in for lunch and it was a loud, fun spot. The food was okay, no issues with it, but nothing outstanding either. It's within walking distance of work, so I'll stop in again. The layout... More

Ate lunch here based on a recommendation from a stranger and glad we did. Jovial host/owner, liked to kid around. Both indoor and outdoor seating. In a section of an old tobacco warehouse, actually multiple old brick warehouses all around. Relaxed feel. Basically a coffeehouse that serves soup, sandwiches, and ice cream. We enjoyed it so much we went back... More

This cafe is a great place to grab a bite for lunch. The food options are limited but all that I have tried are delicious! Being a newer establishment in the Danville area, there a still a few kinks but overall, this place is very good.

After a few chores in downtown Danville, visiting local shops, we delighted in being directed to this place for lunch (thanks, Rob, at Commonwealth Silver). After finding out that the owners had also operated the coffee place in Martinsville and Basset, I was a happy girl...I was familiar with these establishments previously, having attended numerous Open Reading nights, where we...
