We were recommended this restaurant by the hotel, the view from there is beautiful and we got placed in a table outside so we could really enjoy. Service was good and the food was fine. So if you are in the area it is worth a visit!

Great food and amazing views of the Isleta's. It a little difficult to fine but well worth it. Tell the Taxi driver Puerto Assese

Our hotel website made mention of this wonderful little place and so glad they did. As recommended we spent a leisurely afternoon drinking their delicious pina coladas, enjoying lunch and taking a boat ride through the Isletas. I was hesitant to try the house special guapote as I'm not really a "whole fish" kind of person but so glad I... More

Nice place, primarily seafood. A little difficult to get to by taxi but great view of the marina. Check out the turtle and alligator pit! Food was ok, but I'm not a seafood fan. Great breeze. Great evening event or afternoon lunch.

I was visiting family in Nicaragua and went to the islets. After our boat tour we wanted to have lunch and came across this restaurant. The food was great. Our lunch consisted of seafood. My mother and cousin had fish and I had shrimp. Amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff were great! Beautiful view of the mountains, while... More

We had lunch here a couple of weekends ago; very relaxing to sit by the lake w/a great view of the volcano & islets de granada; we had ceviche & the fish soup (complete with a whole fish); both were good & big enough to share; crisp fried plantains accompanied the dishes; service was good & the beer was cold....a... We enjoyed meals of fish and shrimp on and elevated dining area overlooking the lake. It is a very peaceful place with good food. They also offer connections to local boat owners for tours of the lake islands. We took a one hour boat ride, which was informative and relaxing. In my opinion worth the visit.

The man working at our hotel suggested we get Guapote and little did we know it is a local favorite! We are usually vegetarian but the fish was delicious I'm glad we made the exception.

This restaurant and beach complex has great views of the Mombacho volcano as the name suggests. I would go here again for the views, but the food is very average and pretty expensive. If you do go, stick with the simpler dishes such as grilled fish as anything more complicated such as pizza came out below par. At over £10... More
