Excellent friendly and welcoming service. Very helpful staff. Good was superb and full of flavour, especially the cakes. Very wide selection of drinks. Wonderful cocktails. A must if visiting the Amalfi Coast.

The place in Minori campania is located near the sea, its looks beautiful and cosy. the cakes are a masterpiece and really tasty. Try the ricotta with peal cake! Good Coffee!

L’unico punto vendita ufficiale dei prodotti a marchio Sal De Riso in Costiera Amalfitana, gestito direttamente dal maestro Sal De Riso. A supervisionare i vari reparti, oltre a Salvatore De Riso e alla moglie Anna, il direttore Carmine Porpora, dalla lunga esperienza nel settore, e due barman di altissimo livello, Andrea Minerva e Michelangelo Giordano. In cucina lo chef Piervincenzo Manzi, coadiuvato da Felicia Flauto. Nei laboratori a vista le brigate guidate dal noto pasticcere prepareranno al momento torte e lievitati per la prima colazione (15 referenze), tutti i dolci della sterminata gamma Sal De Riso e gelati da asporto, ma anche serviti al piatto con abbinamento di salsa e decorazioni. Trenta sono i gusti di gelato tra i classici e le nuove specialità. Tra queste, il nuovo "Tirabaci": lo stecco preparato con il cioccolato biondo Dulcey Valrhona con l'aggiunta, a scelta, di granelle di frutta pralinata, meringhe, riso soffiato e cereali, il tutto immerso nel vostro cioccolato preferito. Poi c'è la cucina, per gli amanti dei piatti tipici napoletani e della costiera: peperoni ripieni di spaghetti, sartù di riso, e gli "'Ndunderi", la tipologia di pasta fresca tipica di Minori. Ma anche hamburger gourmet preparati con carne di chianina e di fassona. Ampie le proposte per vegani e vegetariani: insalatone, centrifugati, estratti di verdure e frutta fresca di stagione. Il pizzaiolo, Diodato Pironti, arriva da Tramonti, la patria dei pizzaioli, e impasta la rossa di Mulino Caputo per la classica pizza napoletana; farine di alta qualità, ricche di cereali e germe di grano (presente anche quella di Molino Dalla Giovanna) per le pizze gourmet. Le pizze saranno preparate con ingredienti firmati e certificati Dop e Igp, come l'olio extravergine d'oliva Dop "Colline Salernitane" e il pomodoro San Marzano Dop e quello Corbarino. In carta, ce ne sono diciotto: 5 classiche e 13 gourmet, tutte preparate con ingredienti ricercati di produttori famosi e non. La più attesa è senza dubbio l'aromatica "Amalfi", con fior di latte di Tramonti, prosciutto crudo di Sant'Ilario, limone Costa d'Amalfi IGP e zenzero fresco. Le birre artigianali in degustazione sono tutte campane, tranne una fuoriclasse piemontese, la Baladin. La caffetteria è firmata da uno dei brand italiani più famosi nel mondo e leader nel segmento del caffè di alta qualità: Illy. Sarà possibile degustare il blend unico 100% di Arabica e alcune selezioni di Monoarabica provenienti dal Guatemala, Etiopia e Brasile. Sal De Riso ha scelto per voi le migliori miscele di tè e infusi, quelle di Dammann Frères, provenienti direttamente da Parigi. Per gli amanti della cioccolata in tazza, praline e tavolette si sceglie tra i 12 cru monorigine di casa Domori e Valrhona. Oltre che nel dehor esterno collegato alla pasticceria, nella bella stagione, si potranno degustare le specialità seduti a due passi dal mare, direttamente sul lungomare di Minori godendo di un suggestivo panorama.
