yeah pretty cool for kid and its alright but if you don't have a sweet tooth then you really are in trouble! this place really only does sweet stuff e.g. ice creams, waffles etc but if you have a sweet tooth (like me!) then this place is like heaven, but the service isn't so good though and the system where you... Went for a post lunch Ice cream with the kids. We each had a sundae and they were big, good value and tasty.

This place is getting worse each visit. We were very impressed first time we visited creams and the kids loved it. On second and third visits the place smelled awful with mixture of eggs and sewage. There were many staff members behind the counter and the place has few customers, floors were filthy and I was socked when I went... More

Only been here a few times and the food always looks really presentable. Unfortunately I wouldn't rush to go back as I'm not really a fan of how the food actually tastes, nor the price, but the milkshakes are really good.

As we live locally, we often take the kids for a treat at weekends. As they love Ice-cream (and so do we), Creams looks like the ideal place to go to make it a bit more festive and feel like a family outing. But every time we go there we get disappointed. It took as 3 consecutive trips to Creams... More

We have been to creams several times in the last few years for family celebrations. The menu has a nice leader about their "dream" icecream parlour. What went wrong cream? Paper cups for the kids ice cream, not the usual glassware, torn seats and I mean seriously torn. And a surly waitress who almost threw the waffle on the table.... More

I popped in yesterday for an ice cream dessert and was very disappointed. The ice cream sundae I had (at £8.00) was distinctly average and looked better than it tasted. The guy that took my order was on his mobile the whole time, (extremely rude) and when I tried to give him my order he barked at me "just number... More

I went there with 2 friends after bowling. Arrived a little after 9pm and were promptly seated. When sat, first thing I noticed was a couple of rips in the seats, which I do understand due to it being so popular, however a bit of TLC could raise the potential. I've read reviews about bad ice cream which I cannot... More

Thought I would give this place a go. Wish I hadn't bothered. Horrible cheap ice cream and bland crepe. Ordered salted caramel crepe, couldn't taste the salted caramel sauce, banana inside the pancake had black bits on it, and the ice cream is cheap and nasty. The staff are not interested in customers, just want to have a good chat... More
