This restaurant used to be one half of a two restaurant business. That ended a few years back and both got new owners. To be honest we prefer this restaurant over the one in Thornleigh for the taste and also its a bit cheaper, but its much harder to part round here than there of course. While the staff can... More

Not the most romantic of settings, but casual and comfortable with delicious food. Have been going with my family for a couple of years and the food is consistently tasty and friendly service and BYO 🤗 Delicious!

The food is great and staff helpful. But the restaurant is very small with no air conditioning and no beer etc on the menu. Would definitely recommend for takeaways but only small groups can eat in. Local bottle shop is a good stop on the way there.

Outwardly, the restaurant assumes a very unpretentious and casual atmosphere, somewhat belying the sheer quality of the food. Our table guests and I all agreed that the flavour and texture of the food was textbook, and really shows up otherwise inferior restaurants that serve up "typical" fare. Meats were delicate and tender, the sauces intensely flavoured and portions more than... More

On a cold Monday night this place was quite busy, and rightfully so, happy warm service and a nice atmosphere, really nice food just made it all good, thanks

Been going to this and thornleigh establishment for over 15 years. Since Wahroonga was sold off as seperate entity the establishment has cut corners with the food, e.g. the balti daal now tastes like water it is horrendous!! Avoid go to thornleigh, they are dearer in price but food is actually palatable. Sad thing is it is the same chef... More

We discovered this place by accident. The restaurant we were going to was closed. Thank god for that! This is a tiny restaurant, presumably a primarily take out place. The most consistent, sensational quality Indian food we have ever eaten. It became our Sunday night go to restaurant. We didn't need menus after a few visits and the waiter/manager @... More

Very nice food and very good service. It is a small place but very good for a couple or a few people. The staff go out of their way to accommodate you. The food is always very fresh tasting.

Was heading next door to the Seafood place when I paused and read the menu on the door. The hot fish curry with fillets cooked in ginger, spices and herbs seemed delectable. I noticed they had a specials menu on the wall with a fish pakora as an entree. Not feeling the love for chickpea batter fish I decided to... More
