We were staying at the Ashby and celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary with dinner at the Ashby Restaurant. We opted for the 3 course meal and it was delicious. Multiple palate cleansers, perfectly sized portions, knowledgeable sommelier, and it is all topped off with a...More

First visit and it was dinner time. Enjoyed a prosecco in the bar with rustic overhead beams. Staff preparing for the evening meal were friendly and conversationally interactive - a true pleasure. A beautiful covered outside patio overlooking meadows and mountains. Menu was short, well...More

Chef Tom and his team have created a unique gastronomic experience. The tasting menu is a progressive experience, that starts light with fresh homey flavors and evolved into more sofisticated and rich plates. Definitely Stuart, will guide you into selecting the best wine for you,...More

We dined at the Inn last night with high expectations from the reviews. We were disappointed both with the overcooked and undercooked food and the abysmally slow service. My wife's Cod was nearly cold on the inside. Short ribs are not too hard to get...More

The best meal money can buy. Everything is cooked in a traditional method and style of Confederate cuisine. Highly recommend everything on menu. I think the Getty family was dining the night we were there. It is perhaps 5 star cuisine.
