Picked up a to go order. Bertha was one of the friendliest, most helpful servers we've come across in awhile. Manager, treat her well!

There was a lot of Italian food as in pasta and pizza on the menu. Since the name suggests a dessert, there was a lot to choose from other than the main cheesecake selection. I was with the impression that this was a place that would just be serving desserts. But all was good as the pizza we ordered turned... More
Cheesecake Factory has an expansive menu that reads like a novel. The food is always good with something for everyone. The great thing is that dessert is better than dinner with as many choices to choose from.
The title of my review pretty much describes my experience. It's a chain, and you expect the experience to be rather consistent. The food was good and the prices were ~eh; but the service was the worst I've ever had a Cheesecake Factory.
We used to visit Cheesecake Factory for every birthday dinner in our family. We now visit when we visit the mall. Sometimes we simply stop for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine with a dessert, but I prefer to get a meal. My favorite is the Pasta Jambalaya, but I love many of Theo menu items. My... More

We enjoyed the summer rolls and the delicious Cuban rolls. Entrees were Steak Diane and Chicken Madeira. No complaints with either. We were full so... More
My wife and I have eaten lunch there several times. This is an "formula" restaurant. That is, it's a chain, with all the virtues and flaws of any chain. Always the same, no surprises, no great highs, no great lows. You get good value for the money, with big portions, and the cheesecake and other desserts are excellent. Better to... More
Visited a few days after Christmas Day with family. Glad we book ahead as it was very popular that night. Big Queues, for a Big Restaurant, with Big Menus, which were Big Portions, which was Big in noise and ended with Big Slices of cake! Had the Fried Batter Shrimp, Big plate and appears that part hasn't changed in well... More
I've visited the CCF in Baltimore Inner Harbor and it was abysmal and I wrote a review of the horrible service. I took my wife to the CCF in Dulles and the experience was 100% better. We knew it was going to be a wait (it is always a wait) but surprisingly it wasn't that long..about 20 minutes and the... More
