We were seated indoors in a delightful room where we unfortunately swatted at flies during most of our meal. The service was cheerful but dreadfully slow which the server apologized for several times and generously discounted our bill to reflect the delay. The table bread...More

Came here for dinner while staying in Middleburg. This is a great casual dinner spot with lots of pub fare and locally grown food items. We had the bruschetta, trout and the French dip. Would definitely eat here again while visiting the area. Good table...More

Food is always fresh and adequately prepared. Roast chicken breast was moist and flavorful. Hamburger was ok but dry. The bread is wonderful. Good selection of ciders, beers and wines. Mixed drinks as well.

Very best french fries. Had a lovely outdoor lunch in the garden. Good service and food was very good. Chicken pot pie was scrumptious. The fries are made there and not of the frozen variety.

Great food and drinks! A favourite place to stop off after day-walking trips from DC. I keep coming back because its the closest thing to a British pub I've found in the area. (The interior is a little too clean and airy to be authentic...More

The Hunter's Head Tavern offers a nice atmosphere inside and outside. For a first visit, the procedure may be confusing as you order your food and first drink at a window inside before you seat yourself and have a waiter/waitress, but the staff was friendly...More
