There is great service and great food here. They are really consistent with the quality of food and drinks. Highly recommend this as a casual date or family dining.

I usually go to Pho 79 that is amazing. Saw this one and tried it out. The host looked at us when we went in and told us to take a seat. My friends joined us later. They are Japanese and had questions and the host seemed annoyed and visibly rolled his eyes enough that I almost got up and... More

I love the vegetarian pho. The tofu is cooked well and the soup is full of veggies. I also had the spring rolls which are delicious.

Since our trip to Vietnam we have frequented Vietnamese restaurants in the search of good fresh PHO soup. This place hit the spot. Atmosphere is fast food type but we were here in the search for good soup and were pleasantly surprised. Service was good and ingredients were fresh. Many Vietnamese restaurants in the area to try.

I visited Pho 78 for the first time with a friend. I had never had Pho anything! The food was so good! I had the spring rolls and the flank steak soup, I'm sure it has an authentic name, which I don't remember. The soup was excellent, the staff was so sweet and efficient. I will definitely return, as I... More

If you enjoy good pho and have various allergies, highly recommended his place. The pho is classic and they were very careful and made suggestions for our large group with multiple allergies.

Great first visit. Soup and app served within 5 mins of ordering. Enjoyed the sliced chicken in the Pho Ga.

During the start of a recent two week sojourn at our sister city of Norfolk, a friend who comes from the same city as I do in the Philippines brought me to one of his favorites in nearby Virginia Beach were he settled down. He'd been talking about going there the previous day so I was curious as to what... More

Since relocating to Virginia Beach from California I've 20+ years ago, I've ate at Pho 78 early on and many times since. The Pembroke area has really developed but this local restaurant has maintained its same standard that I really appreciate. When I want that hot flavorful bowl of noodle soup with thinly sliced brisket loaded with cilantro, peppers, and... More

Excellent food. Extremely nice staff. Will modify for vegan/vegetarian. Great value for the food. Honest Pho. They even ask if you want authentic when you order something so that there are no surprises.
