the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, they take the time to try to discover what teas will fit your pallet.

Very nice shop with pleasant attention by staff. The variety is outstanding and the teas very good, but they come with a big price tag. Two little bags of tea cost over $70. I was too embarrassed to change my mind and paid for it.

I have talked up Discover Teas since I stumbled on it a year ago. The herbalist there is awesome - he does blends of teas for arthritis, anxiety, eczema, and more. And the teas - probably close to 100 samples of green, black, oolong, and other teas to sniff and select from as you relax and listen to soft music.... More

You walk in and instantly feel right at home. The people are always nice and greet you. Then they talk to you about teas and shows you to their smelling table. Yep a table set up with their teas for you to smell and to get lost in teas. We love going here! The teas are amazing. Even found one... More

I have visited Discover Teas' Williamsburgs store a few times and have ordered items from home. The staff, teas, herbs, information and entertainment are always the same, FANTASTIC. Excellent products to buy, or try while in the shop listening to live music.

Fantastic teas, with an herbalist onsite. They even have a tea bar where you can smell and mix your own blends.

Excellent assortment of teas with a very knowledgeable staff. Especially enjoyed the sample table where you could smell a variety of teas and then make your choice.

I stopped in to have a cup of tea at the new location in Newport News. The atmosphere is relaxed and the women working had us smell a few teas and helped us decide which kind we might want. She was happy to have me check out almost all of the different types before making me a cup of tea... More
