Fresh food. End of the night so they were in a hurry to be done. No real indoor dining and a bit pricey for the product . Still, it was all hand made and delicious. I would come back during lunch hours.

Charles ( owner) smile lights up the garden. Life is fun here no mayter how busy. They have a system that works. The food is teally really really locally sourced. you tub elbows with the farmers, the millionairs, the single mom's with brauriful children, the anxty tourists out of their elelent and the middleaged healthy locals and the hungry people... I have had nearly every dish at the Asian Kitchen, all were delicious. This is my favorite place to eat on Orcas Island.

The kitchen is quite unusual...It is a very casual dining experience....While sitting on a Picnic bench waiting for my meal, a local organic farmer delivered the freshest most beautiful vegetables I have seen to date....This does not happen every day....Suffice to say that Orcas Island restaurants are lucky to have a plethora of organic farms on which to rely...The food... If you want healthy and yummy, try the Kitchen. Salads or brown rice dishes with a variety of meats. Create your own dish. Indoor and outdoor seating.

The restaurant serves asian dishes and we had the Hot and Sour Soup. Different but excellent. We recommend it for a light lunch.

This is a small interesting restaurant with a couple inside tables but mostly outside. Loved the atmosphere. They quite few menu items all hand written in dense text on a blackboard outside the order window. Its hard to make a decision on what might be good. Since it all looks great. While not everyone likes the same thing, when I... More

We loved the food and the service was very friendly but the wait was very long. We ate lunch there on a weekday. They had a sign posted that they would not be open on Friday & Saturday due to being short staffed. That could be why it took so long for our food to arrive. We were not expecting... More

If I had to pick one place on Orcas that I couldn't do without... It would be the Kitchen. I could eat those potstickers every day for the rest of my life. Its all fresh and organic and, after frequenting for over a decade now, I can honestly say I've never been disappointed.
