Carmines is the Tri Cities best kept secret. We absolutely love this place. We keep inviting friends to join us to experience this wonderful restaurant. We have sampled almost everything they serve and it is all delicious. Carmine, the restaurants' namesake, is a jewel in...More

This is the best small family restaurant we have eaten at in a long time. They do have a rotating menu depending on the day of the week, but the food is excellent and the atmosphere is cozy. The staff is quite amiable.

Visited on a Friday and had spaghetti and rotellini. 80 yr old Carmine spent quite a while at our table sharing his colorful background. The food and atmosphere (including wine out of jelly jar) are not to be missed!

We have been to Carmine's once before and will be back again. Only open part of the week with a rotating menu, each evening has two selections. Generous servings, friendly staff, sort of shabby surroundings but in a homey way. Prices are very reasonable, decent...More

Discovered Carmines based on Trip Advisor reviews. We ordered the cheese ravioli with meatballs and sausages. This food was amazing. The marinara was superb. The place is small so reservations are recommended. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed the food and conversation with the owners. The food is authentic Italian food. The recipes are over 100 years old. Great atmosphere.

It's in that range. I HIGHLY recommend you go there. Carmine will delight you and the food is unsurpassed. I'm going to make another trip 150 miles from my home just to have dinner there again.
