Good freshly prepared food at reasonable prices. Quirky 'sign-a-dollar' bill to tape up on the walls. Fun. If you're looking for atmosphere....not really here. I had a spiced mulled wine for a drizzly typical Washington day, it was so so, luke warm and tasted a little watered down, had some nice spice, but lack luster. The braut was .nicely cooked... More

After a morning of shopping (in the rain) this was a great pick for lunch. The soups were hot and flavorful. We had the special that included a bowl of soup and grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was perfect. Grilled golden with real butter.

This restaurant is downstairs, but there is an elevator (didn't see where it was on the street level. You pick a table, review the menu and then order at the counter. They have a soup and salad bar. They will bring you your order. They have daily specials. Mom was disappointed that she wasn't waited on, but liked the onion... More

The service was friendly and quick. The sandwich I had wasn't anything special but the group I ate with were very satisfied with their sandwiches. A lot of food for the price. Interesting place to eat with dollar bills stuck all over the walls and ceilings for a couple of charities. I would probably try the soup next time I... More

Down the stairs, informal and like a ski town refueling stop. Expect commercially made brats, healthy wraps, and generous portions. The chicken wrap was EXCELLENT! If you want "Authentic Bavarian Food" do NOT go to this place. But if you want to put some good food into your tummy so you can do more exploring DEFINITELY eat here. Good vibe,... More
