The chips were good. The salsa was fair, my order was a little different (I wanted a cheese enchilada and got chicken). Overall, it was fair but we'll try one of the other Mexican restaurants (at least 3 within 5 miles) next time. Probably won't be back. We walked by another night and no one was there, the night we... Our family wanted a second Mexican meal and decided to try El Vaquero in Manson Wa. along the main street. Chile Colorado and Carne Asada taco combo with chicken enchilada was very simple and good. Enchilada sauce was thin, the beef portions in Chile Colorado was generous and flavourful. No much for garnishes or fresh veggies. Simple basic flair, even... More

It always concerns me when entering a restaurant at High noon, on a holiday weekend and we are the only people in the place. After waiting for a small, but longer than necessary wait period, we were seated. Finally, another family came in when she was talking our order, which seemed to throw her for a loop. She was however,... More

Showed up at 530pm on Saturday night, and the place was empty. That made us a little nervous, but we had 4 kids who were hungry so we found a large table to accommodate our group of 10. The AC felt amazing on the 95 degree day. Our waitress was very helpful at putting the tables together and getting multiple... More

Decent Mexican food. Good service. Seemed clean with a typical Mexican Restaurant menu. Walking distance to many parts of Wapato Point Resort, if you are staying there.

This was a nice Mexican restaurant. I ordered the picadillo tostada and the accidentally gave me chicken-however it was delicious! My kids shared a burrito and rice, but of course they filled up on chips before hand. They accidentally rang us up for dinner prices, but caught their mistake before we had a chance to bring it to their attention.... More

I had their chili rellino but was not that thrilled with it. There was not type of sauce of it, breading was very thick. It was topped with sauteed green peppers and onions which did not add much to the flavor

This is not an American Mexican restaurant like many of the chain Mexican restaurants. This is authentic Mexican food. It was delicious. Very small restaurant located on the main street in Manson, WA. Great, friendly service.

Went there for an after dinner drink with my GF. Simply, overpriced drinks and slow service given not that many customers were in there

First of all, know this, El Vaquero is closed during the off-season. So call first to confirm if they'll be there when you want to be. The food is lower than average Mexican food with most of the plates being fairly simple.
