Loved the authentic German food. Wasn't too impressed with my sandwich but the spatzle appetizer was amazing. Just had a few too many mushrooms in it for my liking. My brother in law ate here and raved about it for weeks so we were excited...More

I ordered the herring appetizer. It comes with boiled eggs, cheese, and crackers. The cheese is delicious. The herring was okay. We ordered the schnitzel, sausage fest, salmon, and shrimp linguine for entrees. My son said the schnitzel was good. I thought the linguine was...More

This is one of our favorite restaurants in downtown Poulsbo. We were just there Sunday afternoon with friends from Ohio and they really enjoyed it also. The place is a little small and hard to find but head for the alley following the sign and...More

Always a good although limited selection of entrees. The Sheppard's Pie with hefewiesen was a great treat after a two hour visit to the nearby Bloedel Reserve.

We enjoyed our dinner at Tizley's opting for the German food. Schnitzel and spaetzel was very good. Nice outdoor seating available. The service was very friendly and attentive. Good location in historic downtown Poulsbo.

Really enjoyed our lunch here - food was decently priced and a great range to choose from. I loved the quirky, laid-back vibe and to top it off - we sat on the balcony and the sun was shining bright.

Yes - I agree with other reviewers about the beer selection - it's awesome. As for the food - not so much. Born and raised in Germany by parents who taught me to try and eat everything (which I still do today without being fussy),...More

The food is pretty good, but, as others have mentioned, overpriced. Main problem is the slow and unfriendly service. Get some staff that actually want to do the job and this would be a much better place.

It probably could host 30+ if reservations were made for exclusive access. You would need to ask the restaurant's management.
