After reading the reviews, I expected much more. First of all, this is a sort of semi self-service place. It has very little atmosphere and is cold (in winter). Second, the food is really considerably worse that Azteca and other chains and significantly less interesting than Casa de Luna which has similar ratings but is actually much nicer. I live... More

They have the best chili rellenos that I've ever had here . The steak Ranchero is great with terrific soft and tender beef. The tostada salad is really good also. I enjoyed the chicken version best as it includes refried beans with tasty sauce on the chicken.

We started going here because friends recommended it. You can always judge the quality of a Mexican restaurant by the number of Latinos eating there. This place is always full of locals enjoying the food.

In this faux Norwegian town there are at least six other mediocre Mexican restaurants. This is outside town on the Silverdale highway. This is the best one and it is far and away the top authentic Mexican in the county. Not fancy nor romantic but real good food at good prices and cordial service. Expect to share tables if they... The food is real, delicious, and exceptionally affordable. Start with the tacos platter- try a couple of carnitas and spicy pork tacos- and you will be hooked. The chips and salsa are the best I've ever had. The staff is kind and the service is quick.

I love this small, family owned and operated restaurant for its food and simple decor. I frequently travel to Mexico, and this is my local food source for authentic Mexican food. It is my go-to place when passing through Poulsbo for lunch or dinner. Reasonably-priced, good portions, and excellent selection of my favorites. Part of me doesn't want to share... More

I love this place! I go there once or twice a week for either lunch or dinner. All the meals are pictured on a big over head board above and behind the counter, as well as a paper menu. This is really helpful...you can actually see what you are going to get! This is the only place I have ever... More

I grew up in Southern California and have had a lot of great Mexican food over the years. This place is one of the best, especially after having very little to choose from in this area until recently. This is not a place you go for the atmosphere but it is a place to go for the best chiles rellenos... More

This is our favorite Mexican Restaurant in Poulsbo. It's a small very friendly place, not fancy, but the food is terrific. I've had the street tacos twice which are great, the chile relleno is one of the best I've ever had, and the flavors of the tortilla soup is to die for. I also like the enchiladas and the carnitas.... More
