Not my first pick but was pleasantly surprised. The lobster bisque was superb and I do like the peanuts. The lunch fair is pretty standard nothing fancy but my friends were happy with their hamburgers. Service was great and the place was packed so what do I know.

Peanuts in barrels to snack on (just throw the shells on the floor) and super friendly staff. And the food? Delicious. Prepare to eat your own body weight in their incredible rolls (served before dinner with butter). They've got a great menu of down home food, and steaks that melt in your mouth. They're super about refilling drinks without being... More

Fun atmosphere and good basic food with large portions and reasonable prices. It is a popular casual dining venue with bar.

We took a friend from the UK here for lunch, and he coined the name "Dirty Burger". If you like throwing peanut shells on the floor and eating out of a hubcap, then Jimmy Mac's won't disappoint. Food's okay.

They have great food. It's very family friendly, and cool! Meaning the decor is great, my boys loved it. They also loved eatting peanuts and throwing them on the floor...good attentive service..bottom line from beginning to end it was a good experience.

The atmosphere is fun and lively as you walk in grab a bowl of peanuts in the shell. Grab a drink, order dinner and throw the shells on the floor! The food was good and plentiful (ribs and chopped steak for us). A really fun experience.

Went there for lunch with a colleague, both of us visiting from abroad. Overall we had a nice experience - great roadhouse atmosphere, and decent food.

First, you get to take a bowl of peanuts and throw the shells wherever you like! The hot rolls you get upon arrival are SO good! There are tons of great food choices. The burgers are great, steaks are awesome, the crawfish chowder is amazing and the Roadhouse salad is really good! It's got a great ambience of just fun... More

The service was speedy, attentive and patient. They greet you with a barrel of peanuts. The hostess grabs a basket of warm rolls on her way to our table with the menus and utensils. I enjoyed my steak. The waiter asked me to cut into the meat to see if it was cooked to my liking.
