We have been here several times. It's hard to know if they're having a good night or bad night. I find their items very spicy- even if you ask for low to no spices. Sometimes the sauces are fresh - sometimes they seem days old. The servers are pleasant- but seem harried. If I were to grade it, I would... More

I was craving Chinese and wanted to try a new location. Sakura popped out and the menu looked good. We were beyond impressed. The wait staff was a little awkward but the food was amazing. Portion sizes were good for the price paid. We will be back to try other things on the menu. I would recommend this for others... More

The food is good, but if you eat in the restaurant. If you order out, it's seems that the portion is a lot smaller because the restaurant owner can't seem to put the food in bigger container.

This restaurant IMO is the best Chinese restaurant in the Tri Cities. They offer fast service for Take away and the food is always tasty. There is better sushi in town and the food is not like eating in Hong Kong...but good for American style Chinese.

Had a wonderful & delightful sushi dinner last night at Sakura. Sushi was tasty, enjoyable, speed of service was outstanding, & the restaurant was clean.

We liked it. Had shrimp spring rolls, mu shoo pork and basil chicken. The food was really quite good. The service was not quick but not slow enough to be a deal breaker. Prices were reasonable and the servings were huge.

The bowls were way too large, 5x the volume of a cup, which would explain why water was probably added based on 1) taste, 2) color and 3) temperature. It tasted terrible. We normally go there for the same hot and sour soup...had it a dozen times previously (by the cup). I think the waitress screwed up. She removed charges... More

Tempura shrimp/vegetables & shrimp spring roll were excellant. Wish the same could be said for the vegetable egg foo young. It was greasy, tough and uneatable! When mentioning the issue to 2 different wait personnel, they weren't interested in conveying it to the kitchen staff! Hopefully that won't be a continued policy.

The place is clean and well kept. Everything I have had there in several visits has been excellent. I had the Moo Shu Shrimp, more than I could eat, left overs made brunch the next day. My wife had a dish off the Chinese menu, all I can say is it was huge flat noodles and beef with veggies, it... More
