Worst Thai food I had in my life. It was so salty I had to drink 2 glasses of water and I still couldn't finish. Didn't even want to try the Pad Thai ordered because it looked so wrong. Owner was nice though. Do like the spaciousness.
We ate lunch here while traveling along I-90, and it was really good! They have family-style dining, and the dishes are large enough to accommodate that. We got beef, pork, chicken, and yellow curry dishes, and they were all very good. Head's up-they allow you to choose the level of spiciness, and medium was plenty spicy. Also, get the black... More
For the 20 years I have lived in Spokane , I've wanted to eat at this restaurant but it never seemed to be open. Tonight my husband and I drove by and saw that it appeared to be open. According to the sign out front they had indeed opened for dinner at 5 pm. It was now 8 pm. We... More
Thai on First has the same decor it had in the late 1990's. Thankfully, another thing has stayed the same; it's terrific food. It's food has stayed consistently excellent for years. Granted they don't always use the exact ingredients, mainly because they can't be found here but what... More
Service was the worst. Punk kid, who acted like we were not good enough to be there. Took 15 minutes to get our menus. Food literally, showed up at the table after an hour and fifteen minutes. Three plates of food, all way to salty, and over cooked. We left without finishing our lunch. They do not take Amex. As... More
Not my idea of what Thai food tastes like. So salty it would poison your dog. No other flavor to speak of. I think the Pork might have been off. It had a strange smell. When I described this to my waiter, he explained that this is how authentic Thai tastes. My husband asked for Thai Chile sauce on the... More
