Modern and traditional food that is interesting and freshly prepared made my lunch here a pleasure. Pacific Northwest artistic decor is attractive and the intimate, but light and airy, room makes the small space (40 seats) seem larger. The food was very good and I can recommend the French dip and the Reuben. Soups, salads, and specialties round out the... More

For our anniversary dinner, we considered multiple downtown restaurants. I was leaning toward El Gaucho, because it is amazing or possibly The Melting Pot because we had been there when we were dating, but decided on something new to us. We loved Over the Moon Cafe! We made a reservation for a Wednesday night at 6:30. My husband told them... More

This is my 3rd time here, first time for dinner. The menu is wonderful with great choices making it hard to decide. The ambiance is charming and service impeccable. We each had a different meal but started with appetizers and Cesar salads. The appetizers were great- Croutes De Fromage and Red Peppers with Scallops. We all commented on the salads... More

Everything about this place is unlike any restaurant I have ever experienced. The decor is unique, warm and inviting. The cuisine matches the decor and everything, I mean everything on the menu evokes all of the senses. I love to stop here from lunch before I get my haircut across the street at Union Salon. Opera alley in itself if... More

A cozy restaurant with a unique and fun decor. Very charming atmosphere. The waitress was nice and our Cuban pork pulled sandwiches were good. The location is great because it is a bit south of the main downtown area and there was plenty of parking. It is also right in the heart of a lot of antique shops if you... More

I can see why people like this place-large portions, decent food-for me,though, it's pretty ordinary food for the money. Maybe not a lot of competition in the downtown area, so, that's fine. At a similar price point, Marzano's near PLU is way better.

We had a very nice meal at Over the Moon Cafe. We enjoyed the crab bisque, beet salad and two pasta dishes. Both pasta dishes had a light cream sauce, flavorful without being heavy, one was citrisy with shrimp, the other richer with beef. They have nice wines by the glass as well. Certainly recommend Over the Moon if you're... More

I found this restaurant on TA - highly ranked with mostly good to great reviews. Turns out my daughter, a college sophomore, had already been here and raved about it. So her, my son and I headed there on a Sat night in Oct with a reservation in hand. Our table, on the upper tier, was waiting for us. Teenagers... More

We have been to Over the Moon many times and have loved it every time. As you can read from others it is fairly small which make it more cozy and intimate for dinner for two or four. The menu is reasonably priced and the food is amazing! There is good variety and the kind of meals you cant find... More
