We go here a few times a year and it is consistent. The portions are not large so not a lot of wasted food. This is a chain, so you can expect to get the same food anywhere you stop. The main difference is the quality of the service. We have had both good and bad. The menu is standard... More

The first thing we asked was "Are the cream pies made with real whipped cream?" Yes! Good! Now we can stay. We both had cream pies and they were decent. Not stellar, just really decent. Good crust, real whipped cream, and a fair price. Open 24hrs is a plus too. We would go back again.

On the road all day headed home, wanted to catch a hot dinner to save time. What a nice place, clean, efficient ans friendly service along with a wonderful hot meal that was really close to homemade cooking. And the nonstop coffee, really great. Even has room to split a great peace of pie. Enjoyed it all.

We don't usually choose 'chain' restaurants but this place is a gem for breakfast. Carafe of coffee! Free WiFi! Coupons! Fruit instead of toast, loaded omelettes, great hash browns (that don't taste like rancid oil). We will be back!

Typical coffee shop but amazing pie! This is a good place to go with a group for breakfast. They do a good job and have a wide variety of choices. Their homemade pies are awesome too and available to stop in and purchase a whole pie to go.

Service is very good and staff quite friendly. Coffee is above average and has a great flavor. Pie selection is amazing. I found the muffin pie to be unusual and very good. Breakfast is typical but all items were well prepared and as ordered. Prices are very reasonable.

Normally I wouldn't write a review of a restaurant like this that's of a pretty basic type, like a Denny's but this place looked good from the outside and my wife and I were hungry. My wife had the Country Fried Steak and I had a Ham and Cheddar Cheese omelet. The food was good but the service was outstanding.... More

We were here for breakfast before heading home. Love the décor and it looked clean. We got seated right away, our server was very friendly, but not a good, assertive one. The restaurant was not very busy, however our food took a long time to come. She kept forgetting things and got one order wrong.

After a long and delayed flight back from London, my sister treated me out to a very late dinner after picking me up. The food was hot, fresh, and made-to-order fast. Of course, we couldn't resist a slice of pie. The service was nice, even a 1 am. I know that I will be back to this particular Shari's.
