The quaint little town of Winthrop, WA, offers several excellent stores and restaurants, and the Riverside Grill is one of them. We enjoyed an excellent luncheon after choosing from a varied menu of good old American food. The wait staff was friendly and efficient and worked hard to see we were completely satisfied. The Riverside Grill is tastefully decorated in... More

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. We felt like we were taking our chances, but we were SO happy we stopped in.

My wife has a hiatal hernia. Spicey foods don't work. She had the best Thai chicken stir fry possible. OK, the carrots were underdone but because the portion was huge, it will be fine when she reheats the leftovers. Nancy looked after us including making sure onions were removed-too spicey. A great dinner.

Travelling back from Chelan we stopped in Winthrop, one of our favorite places to have lunch. Welcomed by the owner Shannon we decided to try their homemade soups. My wife went for the chowder and for me I opted for the curry soup. I cannot explain how good and tasty the curry soup was, flavors from every spoonful, sorry I... More

We went there for lunch on a Wednesday, and most, not all of the tables were full. I noticed the waiters were kinda slow and seemed stressed out. The salad was good sized, and the JoJo's were well done (I like them that way) but, over salted. The pork ribs came in a sweet & spicy sauce. You cannot order... More

Hamburger & vegetable sandwich both excellent. Western family style. Lots of folks walking the street, wondered why they weren't here inside eating. Went lunch time Sunday

The menu included basic selections, but some nice surprises as well. I had one of the specials, which was a Thai chicken dish with peanut sauce. The portion was generous, actually couldn't eat all of the chicken! My husband had a salad on the menu and it was a nice size as well. Prices were about $20 per dish, so... More

We stopped hear and they have a really large salad with good dressing options. My husband and I shared a burger and a large salad and it was plenty. We enjoyed it so much we came back for dinner for their BBQ specials. The baby back ribs are delicious and a full rack is enough for 2 people to share.
