One of our regular spots for breakfast when my husband and I are in town. Love the steak bites and eggs. Friendly staff and a nice back deck to sit on when the weather is good.

Nice menu with many items. They had a sirloin with AYCE shrimp for $15.95. It was very good. A nice soup and salad bar also. Will go back again!

My wife and I had dinner here on New Year's Eve, Dec. '16. Initial impression when we walked in the door was average - about what one would expect from an older northwoods bar. That said, and despite how busy they were, the staff was very friendly. Past the bar, they had a modest sized dining room, with a typical... More

An easy going laid back atmosphere but clean, nice, and relaxing. There's a lot on the menu. My wife enjoyed her Friday Fish Fry special and I enjoyed my Fried Perch plate. The service was good and the wait staff was usually smiling as they went about their tasks which made for a friendly feeling to the place. The Raspberry... More

My wife and I went her recently on a Friday night. I had the fish and shrimp special and my wife had an 8oz ribeye steak. We had a choice of potato, my wife had baked and I had potato pancakes. Everything was good, I had some of her steak and it had good flavor and was tender. The staff... More

It's a quaint place - they did some remodeling but the biggest thing is they have a great cook. I eat there regularly and at breakfast - they have the best biscuits and gravy that I can find. They have a full menu and a great variety - I really like the French Dip sandwich... It's made from sliced prime... More

I've eaten here several times with no complaints. A burger and fries here is made from ground beef and not a frozen patty of whatever. The fries are nicely browned and crispy. I've also had dinners, they too, are well made and tasty. Every time I've eaten here, no one has had any complaints. The only complaint is that their... More
