You take a step back in time when you dine under the hand hewn beams in the beautifully re-done restaurant area that defines Quivery's Grove. Oh, the menu selection is very good and your meal will be even better.

Six family members went for Easter brunch. We enjoyed our server, who was pleasant and attentive (except for either ignoring or forgetting our request for additional pastries). Our entrees arrived fairly promptly, albeit two of us got lukewarm meals. One person felt that the pork chops were on the tough side. Another noted that the frittata was overcooked. So four... More

Hands down, this is the best place for a fish fry. The baked and the fried fish are delicious. You can't get enough of the parmesan potatoes. The service is always quick at the table. The only downfall is the wait time for a table. You must get there early if you don't want to wait for an hour or... More

Great fish and service was excellent. Lemon poppyseed biscuits to begin with followed by coleslaw and then beer battered cod and a cheesy hash brown casserole. Food was excellent! Did have a Bloody Mary to start with that had no taste to it. I did not say anything but the taste was drab. They certainly forgot something. All in all... More

We've been going to Quivey' s for 30 years and still enjoy being there. The food is tasty and attractively served. Service is routinely good, friendly and attentive. There is a good beer list. The stable is casual and fun, the house is dressier but still warm and comfortable. We have had small children with us in the house and... More

The Stable Grill is just that,a nicely restored stone stable. Great food with a Wisconsin twist.. Great selection of tap beers. The "House" is the fine dining location at Quiveys Grove... There is a tunnel from the Stable to the house which is great on a blustery Wisconsin winter day!

There are 2 places to eat this location: the 'Stone House' and the 'Stable'. The Stone House is elegant eating and you usually need a reservation. The Stable is more casual and while reservations are suggested, is more readily available for walk-ins. The atmosphere/décor in both places take you back to the early days in Wisconsin - definitely a piece... More
