We went here for my sons birthday celebration. We went early (5:00) as to avoid the crowds on a Friday night, this was a good idea since it was packed by 7:00. I must say that I was disappointed in the experience overall, because despite us parking our own car in the parking lot we still had to pay 5.00.... More

The sushi did not taste fresh, very understaffed (only one guy cooking, bartending, cooking hibachi, serving, etc..) We specifically asked if two items were "rolls" and we're told yes. They were not. They were tuna tacos and tuna tartar. Menu selection very limited when it comes to rolls and sushi. More expensive too. We will not be back.

The food quality is very good, specially seafood. The show in the teppanyaki is entertaining and the cook is very skilled. Soups, salads, dressings and sauces... I liked it all. The decoration of the site is cool and the paintings and art is all related to old japan, you can see the demons paintings in the entrance, or the samurai... More

I would consider this restaurant a regular chain restaurant. For the price, I would dine somewhere else. It is a hibachi Japanese restaurant . Not very friendly staff when we went here from dinner. A little out of the way and hard to find.

I've been patronizing this restaurant for years and it used to be one of my all time favs but it's since went down quite a bit. My kids used to love viewing the chefs cook on the flattop before their eyes! I guess now there has to be so many guests for lunch for them to cook there now. And... More

I was with friends for dinner and we decided to go to Benihana. We were kind of surprised that we had to wait when there was nobody in the dining room. We realized the hibachi grills were on the top floor. We were shown to our table and sat with 2 other people who really did not seem to be... More

I honestly didn't eat here. I opened the door ad was greeted by a garbage can and construction cone. The building looks dingy and -unappetizing.

I went to this Benihana for a business dinner with a group on Monday, 08-22. Although service was prompt and courteous, the chef was not good.at all. Very lackluster for a hibachi chef, and he was clumsy, dropping his utensils several times and he did not engage the group much at all. The food itself was also disappointing. I had... More

We go to Benihana a few times a year for our birthday. Lately it has been completely lackluster! Two visits in a row we had the same chef Alberto. He has a thick Spanish accent, jokes about his career at McDonalds and behind bars. The food was under cooked and very bland. We had to add salt to everything. Their... More

Our food was just ok and our service really wasn't great. It was very pricey, too. I love sushi, and this place was a little disappointing. Our hibachi cook was entertaining but the waitress could have used some customer service skills.
