Such an odd experience. When I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by the hostess and she asked for my last name. I found it odd, but complied. I was promptly seated. I believe my waitress was training someone, as she was flanked by someone in matching attire. The food was good....nothing outstanding, just typical hotel breakfast. Here's where I... More

Spending the evening in Milwaukee for a dinner and a show. All located in one place at the Intercontinental. Great place for a lite bite or something a bit more. Very comfortable seating and great views of the city. Food was incredible! Chicken fried oysters and the the hangar steak were absolutely unforgettable. Great drinks, service was impeccable!

The staff here is truly amazing! They really made the visit welcoming. Randy is a great bartender who can mix up a great drink! The food choices were a bit limited but there was at least something for everyone. I would hang out at the bar there if you got a bit to spare.

I had one of the specials from the Valentine's Day menu (skirt steak with rice, shrimp, and bok choy). Our server, William, offered a perfect suggestion for a wine to pair with the meal. The mixture of flavors on the plate was a true pleasure to experience. The presentation of the meal was as impressive as the food. Normally, I... More

Very nice small restaurant at the Intercontinental. Perfect place for dinner in a friendly soft relaxing site. Friendly staff will help you for the best dining and drinking. Ideal place after a long working day. The menu is small but rewarding and prices are reasonable. I had a great roasted chicken with a nice Chardonnay. Very recommended

We needed a restaurant for brunch to follow UWM graduation. Kil@Wat was within walking distance of the arena. It was a wonderful meal that helped to make the day special. We had a table in the corner that provided privacy for our small group. All 8 diners were more than satisfied with their meal. We will definitely return to Kil@Wat.

We ate dinner here before going to The Rep Nice setting and great service. Tried the pear and goat cheese flat bread. It was messy to eat and the bread was thick, but it tasted good. We had the whitefish special which was delicious. I topped it off with the salted caramel chocolate mousse. Overall a good meal and I... More

It was well decorated, the staff was friendly and the service was good. Unfortunately the food was just good and not great. Great presentation seems to be the theme here but beyond the appearance it was just good.

Food was excellent. We had one of their specials, Wild Salmon. The service was great. Our waiter was very attentive. Atmosphere was warm and I liked the mellow background music--a little jazz, a little Frank. The only "complaint" is that the entrees do not come with soup, salad or pasta. There were three rolls and butter for the table. The... More

We went to dinner at the Kil@wat then to a show at the Pabst theater. We ordered the special theater meal. I had the Caesar salad the short ribs and the chocolate cake. The salad was great, the ribs were delicious, the cake was good, just a little dry. The espresso flavored whipped cream on the cake, to die for!!... More
