We come to Lagniappe at least one time a year, with friends or as a couple. The food is always very well prepared and presented. Service is professional and friendly. The restaurant is small but tables are situated far enough apart for easy conversation. Haven't tried lunch at Lagniappe yet, but are eager to do so.

The food was pretentious, as is the name, and the service - or lack thereof - from the owner/chef was down right terrible. The other couple we were with wanted to leave. I thought perhaps the chef was just having a bad day and I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt - but he did not improve.... More

My friend and I have been coming here for years. It's a quaint restaurant, with great food and good service. Enjoyable atmosphere and we love that the Chef's menu changes daily. I do miss the pate' appetizer though. Last time we went, they served hummus instead. It was good, but not great.

Great food in an elegant setting! We went for our 35th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful meal and an enjoyable atmosphere. Their home brew was great and the first one was on the house!

My husband and I went for an anniversary dinner after years of meaning to visit this delightful little restaurant. The food - and service - were exquisite. I don't think there's a bad choice on the menu! We had a tough time choosing the entrees and were both very pleased with our choices. We had a couple appetizers, among them... More

Great lunch stop. Normally here for dinner. If lamb is being served-get it before it's gone Rack of lamb my favorite. Fish entrees also done to perfection

Lagniappe provides a menu of often unique and always well-prepared plates for fine dining in an area otherwise reserved for the big brand eateries. The wine selection is good, and Thursday evenings provide the opportunity to indulge in a truely upscale experience with bottles ($54 and under) 1/2 off. As for the food, the portions are moderate and the ingredients... More

We went for a midweek lunch. I have always gone here for dinner (half price wine Thursday's) and have not been disappointed. Lunch gave me a chance to try the Wagyu burger. OMG it was awesome! They topped it with a 12 year old cheddar. Wow! Radish salad was unique and flavorful. Desserts were delicious...Belgian chocolate and peanut butter mousse... More

We have been here a few times. It is a lovely small restaurant with delicious food and an intimate atmosphere. The lagniappe, or something extra, is always a delicious surprise.
