OK, it was 1 pm, right near the rush hour but why 25 minutes to wait for a takeout panini? I sat in a very uncomfortable park bench waiting for what was an OK sandwich for 25 minutes. They didn't skip me - it took that long. I think they had only one person behind the counter making the orders... More

Our group was impressed with the selection of food. We went there because of a recommendation from a local. The quality of items was excellent and impressive quantity. One definitely gets their money's worth. Fabulous sweets as well. Vegan choices are limited but as a vegetarian it is perfect. The only issue we had was communication. My order was wrong... More

It was slow on a Tuesday. Everyone was cleaning and talking about the new owners. Instead of worrying about people's food. I have been to other McAllister and this one needs to step the food and customer service. I don't care about the new owners and that they don't care. All I want is my food .

Took close to an hour to get our food. We asked about it at half an hour and were rudely told they had not even started on it. This was despite everyone else coming in after us were served. When we finally got the food, it was cold and the order was wrong. There are much better places in Laramie... More

I had a "steak" stuffed potato which had a few pieces of shredded beef on top. It was dry and tasteless. My companion liked what he ordered so maybe I was just having bad luck that day. I will try again.

I visted McAlister's a couple of times recently and really enjoyed the food and menu choices. The King club is excellent.

I was at the Hilton Garden Inn next door and stopped in here for a quick lunch, there was a bit of a line but wasn't too bad, the place was full of students so it was a bit loud, food was delicious and staff were friendly. I would definitely stop in here again.

Walking in and looking at the menu, it is a bit hard to figure out what to eat. Normally, this is done while looking at a menu in the comfort of your own booth. Not McAlister's. You get to look like a dunce in front of everyone, clogging the line. Asking the register person anything beyond what is already written... More
