Don't let the outside fool you. Not very appealing from the outside, old fashion & rustic. Huge cinnamon rolls. Didn't try one, but looked yummy. Good coffee and only $1.00. Best sausage gravy ever. I told them to hold the hash browns and it was a good thing I did. Way more food than I could eat. My husband had... More

Stopped for my annual visit to the silver spur cafe while I was in Sheridan for the leather show. As always friendly service and excellent food in huge amounts. In my mind best breakfast place in Sheridan.

Excellent service, waitress was fast, friendly and had a great sense of humor. Food was superb, best restaurant in town for breakfast if not one of the best in the state.

We love the Spur! It's our go-to for breakfast..WHEN we can find a seat! (It's always busy, as it is a local favorite). You won't be disappointed in any of the menu items, but our favorite is the "Calamity Jane" - It's the famous Spur cinnamon roll cut in half, and dredged in french toast batter. It comes with two... I ordered the Cinnamon Bun French toast breakfast for lunch. While it was more than I could eat, the French toast was so incredibly yummy it was worth the splurge, although I didn't eat again until 24 hours later because I never got hungry! Both my husband and I agree - best we have ever had. His breakfast Burrito was... More

The only thing missing was the guys playing checkers sitting rocking chairs. This is exactly what one would expect in a small town cafe, the decor has local history and the obvious country/cowboy feel. The food and service was terrific, my coffee never went cold because the waitress came by every few minutes to fill it up and the bacon,... More

Great food, great people. A breakfast gem that harks of years gone by. Sit at the counter if you can.

We ate breakfast here after leaving Buffalo Wyoming where there are no good breakfast restaurants. What a treat! Sat at a communal table in the back--had made to order and HOT omelette and cinnamon bun french toast. Coffee cup constantly refilled. Small place--so be prepared to share a table or wait a bit. Local flavor to the max. I think... More

We looked on Trip Advisor for a good breakfast in Sheridan, WY. Everyone was right about the Silver Spur. Good food, huge portions, inexpensive & entertainment from the locals & waitresses. What more can you want? Left with two huge cinnamon rolls for later.

We were passing through town, on the way to Billing Montana. I looked on Trip Advisor for a quality restaurant. The reviews were outstanding. Without hesitation, I headed to the Silver Spur Café. What a surprise. Although this was my first time in this part of the country, when I walked in the restaurant, we were greeted friends. The food... More
