Sudachi has terrific sushi - fresh and creative. But hold on to your hat when you get the bill. It's not cheap!

We were in Jackson Hole for a week. Went to Sudachi one night and enjoyed it so much that we went again a week later. Excellent, fresh, beautifully presented food. We had the Alaskan salmon that was like butter. Also enjoyed several rolls and sashimi....More
Portions were small and prices were expensive. Quality was okay but left hungry. Pretentious. This place may be fine for rolls but if you are looking for sashimi this is not the place to go.
