Went here for dinner tonight and had a very nice dinner with my mother. Sabrina was our server and was perfect! We were never short on drinks and everything came out very timely. I would definitely recommend and will probably be back before my trip is over.

Funny thing to go to Romano's Macaroni Grill when you are in Hawaii, but it is different with local fresh fish along with all your comfort foods.....can't go wrong with pasta....

Food did not taste good... Service was adequate, but the server never came back during meal to refill drinks or see if all was well. Took order incorrectly, then gave us the wrong check.

My son-in-law and daughter took me to this Romano's Macaroni Grill for Mother's Day yesterday. I had told them how it was a fun and delicious place to eat in the mainland. We were so disappointed at the terrible service we received. The waitress neglected to bring bread to our table even after requesting it 3 times, she neglected to... More

My family and I had dinner here. The kids had the pizza, it was so dry, almost no sauce so it was like eating cheese and dry bread. I had the fish special and my husband had a burger. The service was quick but no follow up thereafter, no opportunity to order more drinks. Hopefully it was not a regular... More

We were staying in a resort nearby and we decided to venture out for dinner to the local shopping area. We decided on the macaroni Grill. The food was good at mix for warm and it was good to get off premises for just a little while. It is a good casual restaurant!

My brother and I went last night and ate at the Macaroni Grill in Waikoloa. Our waitress was Amber. She was one of the best waitresses I've ever had in any restaurant. Friendly, sociable, funny and very professional in her job. My brother and I went last night to celebrate our birthdays and had a wonderful time with the food... More

Fried cheese was very good. Other main plates were cold & rubbery. Very disappointed. Overall poor evening. We are here for 2 weeks. We will not be returning to this place.
