Don't be misled by the name. Lava Lava Beach Club Restaurant is open to the public beachside restaurant and offers unobstructed view of pacific ocean. We had straight up burger and chicken taco with tropical fruit topping and they all tasted so good. Good wait...More

We stayed near by so walked over for dinner and to look at the sunset. Location is awesome. Right on the beach. But have a feeling since their location is great, they don't really have to serve good food. Average at best. So go there...More

Pretty nice public beach, beautiful water, one of the rare activities in Waikoloa that you don't have to pay for, and I mean only for using the beach.

We visited for my mom's birthday. Our group had people ranging from 78- 8. We all had a great time. We enjoyed great food with our feet right in the sand. Everyone was friendly and welcoming! Loved it!

They probably do - or you can ask them. Tommy Bahama in mauna lani definately has a gluten free menu & the other great option is 'under the bodia tree' in mauna lani resort area too.
