Expensive drinks with gorgeous view. If you want a seat arrive early and sip your drink. Slow service keeps you from drinking too much anyhow.

We were staying at the Wyndham but found if you tip the valet drivers you can park at St Regis and use their beach. Great little beach, with lots of fish and the bar right on the beach is a huge plus!!

We visited the St Regis Bar for sunset after a recommendation from some friends. The drinks were expensive, but that is to be expected. The service, atmosphere and drinks were fantastic. The bloody marys were to die for!! Get there about an hour before sunset...More

After visits to other similar St Regis properties, this one was disappointing. Lack of leadership and management to handle the influx of customers, transfer of billing, responsive service and overall direction. Too bad as most of the employees were trying to help.

Just wrong to charge $16 - $18 for a drink after dark when you can’t see the view. 3 drinks and 2 apps for $80 without tip! Whatever happened to the seafood Buffett?

They were not very good at getting me a drink when i first arrived at the hotel lobby bar. The kids working could not figure out how to get me a beer. I gave up on this place.

I viewed the sabering Ceremony. I was pretty bummed that a perfectly good bottle of champagne is sacrificed every night. Our cocktail, and meal were both very good as was the view. We payed a high price for it all. The maki rolls were great,...More

It has a great location in the hotel and has outdoor terrace as well. The hotel is very child friendly and we were there during Christmas, kids were runnin* around. Although the service is friendly but it does not have the aura of a bar....More

We are locals but stayed here in May celebrating our birthdays. We absolutely love the live music each night and you can order delicious sushi rolls as well as salads. I highly recommend you hanging out here when you’re staying at the amazing St. Regis

A great spot to visit and see an amazing sunset. The drinks and food are priced to match the 5-star hotel rating, but the view and sunset are well worth it.

To be honest, I don't know if escargot was on the menu since I wasn't looking for it. I do know that apple snails are causing a lot of problems in the local taro fields. Perhaps you could contact the family that grows taro... More

Not french, but the Executive Chef is Jean-Georges Vongerichten! So, I could understand why the OP asked this question. It's outstanding! Enjoy!
