Stop here to get local fruit that's in season! Like a mini Whole Foods market. It's also right by the airport.

We stop at Down to Earth after we load up at Costco. They have a tasty cooked selection that hits the spot when we reach our condo. Good selection of groceries and deserts

We have a 2 hour routine every time we land in Maui.... get the rental car, stop at Costco for Mai Tai mix, wine, steaks, treats, drive to condo and hit the beach. Problem with our routine is it doesn't include great fruit, veggies, herbs and organic treats. Yesterday we found Down to Earth just minutes from Costco. Its fruits... More

This is a buffet within a health food store, seating upstairs or outside. The buffet choices are vast, varied, and so fresh. Prices are reasonable for Hawaii and given the quality of the food. We tried salads, wraps, and had delicious coffee. Free wifi on site, lots of food to take out, excellent selection of groceries for those who want... More

Centrally located by the airport and great natural food store and deli. The natural store prices are decent and the deli has home made sandwiches & smoothies. JT

My wife and I were looking for a guided hike that was off the beaten path. Randy took us through an ancient bamboo forest, swimming in waterfall filled pools and up to breathtaking views of the pacific. We also followed stream beds wile Randy talked of Hawaiian flora and ancient lore. We had a great time. Please be aware that... More

We ate here for four straight meals before we left Maui. I'm not usually a buffet person, but this was such a good option for a vegan. Super impressive amount of good vegan food. A million times better than the whole foods up the road.

I keep kosher and on Maui, this can be hard to do. I don't know if it can be certified kosher, but it's as close as I can get in terms of eating out, aside from a vegan restaurant that's a litter far away. They said the cheese does not use rennet, which is an animal product from tissue, and... More

Don't skip this one just because you're a meat eater. The kids are vegan (or vegetarian depending upon the day), and I confess even though I love a good steak, I know that cutting out meat is healthier, so I do embrace the vegan/vegetarian angle quite frequently. The days of "tofu and celery" are long gone. There are meat alternatives... More
