Well expectations should not be high from a food court vendor, but I've had great Vietnamese food from lesser places, so as a different snack before heading to OGG I gave it a try. The woman taking orders was a bit surly. The menus are...More
We stopped at Ba-Le after going to Iao Valley since it was so close. Not exactly easy to find but really worth the effort. I had the lemongrass chicken plate & my wife had a baguette sandwich. Both were excellent. I didn't notice the favorites/specials...More

Every time we come to Maui, my wife and I visit BA-LE for a good meal. Well prepared workers food, tasty, and fresh. The sandwich bread is yummy.

This chain is run by franchisees. Naturally things vary a bit. Of all the Ba Le's on Maui this is our favorite. Service is quick, quality is good, and prices are reasonable. We make a special stop when in Kahului just to eat here
