Our condo is located beside this cafe, so we go there almost every morning for breakfast. Try the fried rice! Very good. Portions are large, you can also order the "child's plate" which for us was plenty to eat! Evening dinner is a Mexican menu....More

Great tacos on taco Tuesdays and the margaritas are really reasonable too. Great atmosphere and good food.

The menu is plentiful and the staff were enthusiastic. Prices were reasonable and the portions were good as well.

Kihei can be a sleepy little town, but breakfast at Fred and Moose’s is the best in town. The fried rice is so yummy and they had a great selection to choose from. Family friendly and great quality food means I’d definitely go back again!

This place is abasolutely underrated. It is some of the best food I’ve ever had, we ended up coming here almost every day because it was a couple minutes away from our resort and the beach. The salsas they offer are all homemade (and free!!)...More

My day was half over when I came to Fred’s for breakfast. I had traveled to the top of Haleakala that morning at 3AM to witness the meteor shower and the sunrise. During the first few days of my visit to Maui I picked up...More

We were craving Mexican and stumbled upon Fred's because it was near our condo. The food was exactly what we were hoping for - delicious Mexican food with strong drinks! The service was very quick despite the place being busy. The queso dip appetizer is...More

For all the hype I heard about this place it was very mediocre. We had the fajitas and the meet was over cooked and lacking flavour. Service was good, atmosphere was alright but I won’t need to eat here again.

Enjoyed our Cinco de Mayo lunch at Fred’s. Service was attentive and done well. Pretty good Mexican food for the mid Pacific. Margaritas did the trick.

Moose McGillucuddy’s is upstairs and Fred’s is downstairs. I’m not sure if they have two separate happy hours. I’m sure it would indicate on their website. The beach across the street is Kamaole II. Hope this helps.

They do have a breakfast menu, and it is a good one. Not overly large, but plenty of good options. They have local favorites, like Loco Moco, as well as traditional items like Breakfast Burritoes, combo plates with bacon... More
