We recently went to Star Noodle for dinner with great expectation from all the reviews. We waited for an hour to get a seat for this tiny restaurant. Here are our comments: Excellent: 1)The Hapa Ramen Noodles- Great taste with good color contrast 2) Tempura...More

We love Star Noodle food! In fact we host a Star Noodle nosh at least once a year for our friends from other parts of Maui. That's one of the best things about Star Noodle - you can order anything on the menu for takeout....More

Perhaps it's the things we ordered, but our second visit was not as good as the first, last year. This year we reserved, which is highly recommended as there were people waiting 1- 11/2 hours to get in at 7pm. The server was excellent as...More

The Hapa Ramen is fantastic with great soup base. Don't miss the garlic noodle and pair it with the chicken wings. Don't ask for split your items so you can share. They will tell you it's kind of a tapia approach which isn't true. They...More

Fantastic and very creative menu. Food was amazing and service was great. Definitely going back next time on Maui and definitely recommend trying this restaurant. Off the beaten path but well worth it.

Not sure what to expect we put our faith in our waitress Noreen. She helped us sort out the menu and made suggestions that gave us a taste of heaven. We had Vietnamese crepe, delicious. Pan roasted mushrooms, yum. Steamed pork buns, puffy delites and...More

Great noodles in an industrial park setting! Reservations definitely recommended as this is a pretty small restaurant. The Star Udon pork broth was rich and yummy, the Saimin was terrific, and the Hapa Ramen was chock full of flavor. Highly recommended if you're looking for...More

Mostly noodles but not many other options on the menu. Mostly pork or spam so if you like that maybe better. Overcrowded and hard to get a table.

Yes. My nephew and his wife took their one year old with no problems. I would make a reservation though or go at an off time as otherwise there can be a long wait that would be difficult for children.

They have booster seats, no menu options for kids however. They do have milk for a kids drink but that's about it. I brought my 2yo son and he didn't care for the noodles to eat but that's just him. We loved it.
