we were exhausted...had flown in overnight from Australia, had a bit of stress getting into our condo and just wanted to eat something nice and go back and get to bed. Kimo's hit all of those buttons. There seems to be a lack of parking in Lahaina. Plenty of empty spaces in parking lots on a Friday evening, but fairly... More

We had or 34th anniversary dinner here - glad we made reservations! It was crowded but we had a table right on the edge and could see the amazing view. We both had fish and it was cooked just perfect! Would highly recommend this restaurant!

The view was right on the ocean and the service was great. However, my husband and I both ordered fish and it tasted pretty fishy in my opinion. All cooking styles, sides, etc. are selected by the chef. I was a little disappointed I couldn't pick the type of fish and style I wanted together. We ordered the coconut shrimp... More

Great with children. We ordered for our 2 grandkids first and the foods came almost immediately. We enjoyed our supper while the little ones played on the little patio.

We enjoyed the ahi and chicken + beef skewers. Not much for my husbands gluten free meal (steak or salad) as their soy sauce was not gluten free. Our waitress tried her best and was able to come up with a gluten free plum sauce for the lettuce wraps appetizer. The restaurant was very noisy and crowded so not really... More

Kimos has never disappointed. Been going for 40 years. Date night, honeymoon, happy hour.. service and food always 5 stars. Not cheap, but worth every penny.

Great service and food. I had the wedge and beef and my husband had the fish tacos. Could not have asked for a better view as the water was literally splashing us during high tide, but we didn't mind.

Really poor service and mediocre food. I would recommend going elsewhere. So many other better places in Maui.

Have been long-time fans of kimos for many years, however this year's visit was a disappointment. For starters, each of the martinis we ordered, served in VERY modest sized glasses, was only 3/4 full! What's with that? That's half a drink is what that is! At Front St prices, I'd like mine served to the brim please! Fish was not... More

Right on the water and in the heart of historic Lahaina, Kimo’s brings you and your o’hana (Hawaiian for family) a casual, completely Maui dining experience. Renowned our “postcard” views of Lanai and Molokai, we offer a menu featuring fresh Hawaiian fish, prime rib, prime steaks and the original Hula Pie, Kimo’s has been a Maui must-do for over 30 years. The upstairs main dining room shows the architectural influence of New England on the former whaling port, with koa-lined walls, missionary-style furnishings and maritime memorabilia. After dinner, Kimo’s lanai becomes a very cool hotspot for tropical cocktails and Hawaiian music. Live entertainment is offered on weekends and select week nights.
