Every time I come to Maui, this is a must have stop. I have yet to eat a “bad” meal here. The most recent trip my husband and I had the calamari and chips, chowder, ono plate. So yummy! Seating is limited, but most people...More

Paia is a cool sleepy surfer/artsy town with a great vibe. Willy Nelson is said to hang out there from time to time. We didn't see him but the fish tacos and beer at the Fish Market made up for it. This is a must...More

A family friendly establishment which can accommodate take-out or dine-in eating. Portions are very generous and prices are reasonable. On top of this, the food tastes really good.

We tried and liked the Paia Fish Market in Lahaina and found it to be great, so when we were going to the airport, we stopped to have dinner at the original. The food was awful, several people left their meals half eaten or lessen....More

We stopped in last week for a fish dinner after reading about this restaurant. We weren't disappointed. The restaurant was crowded when we arrived with no seats available, but once we placed our order a table opened out. Soon after that our food was ready...More

Went to the one located in Paia. It was not super crowded when we went there during the evening on a weekday, but can be. Paia restaurants can be crowded so go there early when you’re not really hungry as you will need to first...More

We loved the original location in Paia. Great/fresh food and picnic tables to meet people from all over the world. The Lahaina location has the same great food but is much newer and mostly individual tables so it seems less likely to start a conversation...More

Had lunch at Paia's and loved the grilled Mahi Mahi sandwich. The flavor was awesome and I could tell it was fresh. It was very crowded, but we didn't have to wait in line very long. They were very friendly and helpful explaining the menu....More

Having read 2 different guides that recommend this restaurant, we were a little disappointed in the lunch plates. The fish was over cooked for our taste.

So many good dining options in Paia and this place is decidedly one of them. Great menu, freshly cooked and friendly service!

The restaurant is not close to Wailea, about 30- 40 minutes. It is close to the airport and we go there when we arrive or depart the island. Paia is a funky little town but usually crowded and parking can be hard to find.
