This is our favorite restaurant on the island. We prefer to go for lunch so we can enjoy the beautiful view. Everything about this place is awesome, the food, service and beverages.

I have been to Mama's three times now over the course of 11 years, and it has been spectacular each and every visit. This visit I had my whole family, including a son who has many food allergies and is usually unable to even eat...at a restaurant. Our server, Alexa, was prepared in advance for our arrival and knew exactly what my son could and could not eat. We had a truly incredible dinner and raved about it, Alexa and the unbeatable ambiance we enjoyed at Mama's for the rest of our trip. We had the Fish Tahitian in coconut and lime juice, the grilled papaya with local venison, vegetables and lime, and Mama's special dish, the mahi mahi stuffed with lobster and crab and baked in a macadamia nut crust - WOW! A winner every single time. We also had the infamous black pearl dessert with passion fruit center and a special - a light, fluffy coconut cake that was the best any of us had ever eaten.
