1st time here. Everyone talks about the dry noodles. Now I know why...awsome. Limited free parking and had about 1/2 hour wait. Also tried the loco moco (mini). It was ok, nothing special. Prices were very reasonable. Definitely would come back.

Since first discovering this place in 2013, we've returned numerous times while staying in West Maui. Both breakfast and lunch are reliably delicious and much easier on the wallet than the more tourist-oriented places in either Wailea or Lahaina/Kaanapali/Kapalua. Be sure to buy some of...More

A friend back home suggested Sam’s for their dry noodles. The restaurant is located in an industrial park. So glad my sister and I stopped for lunch after the swap meet and the Made in Maui County Festival. We took the advice of our waitress....More

The dry noodle bowl was very tasty, along with the marinated teriyaki beef. Our service was impeccable compared to some of the other dining locations we have eaten at during our visit to Maui. The value was very honest. This is definitely a local place...More

Have had the pleasure of eating here for decades and even before they moved. The food is amazing and the service fantastic. Like most we had the noodles. The portion sizes were more than expected. I ordered the large and wished I had ordered a...More

The food was A+. The food, like the atmosphere, was homey and felt like eating with family. So many locals lining up for both take-out and sit-down - can't go wrong! Prices are reasonable and super friendly to kiddos. They offered a booster seat to...More

I had to try their famous (in Hawaii) dried noodles. The dish was okay, but not great. The noodles were thicker than the average saimin size, and had extra flavor. There was a lot of char siu on top, but it was rather fatty. I...More

No. No Apple/Google pay either. This is very common for "Mom and Pop" restaurants on Maui and other outer islands from Oahu. I recall a sign in Hawaiian Hale (Las Vegas) that said it simply: "In God We Trust; All Other... More
