It was great fun to participate in this Molokai tradition of purchasing hot bread from a back alley window late at night! The bread was good (and big ... we enjoyed it for several days) and the taro donuts were unique. Good memories!

The BEST bread on the planet and soooo many choices. The cinnamon bread and cheese bread are our favorites, but also like the apple. They are all yummy.
I don't understand the hub bub about the hot bread. I didn't think it was anything special. Maybe if they made it savory? I didn't think the bread was all that great. Certainly not worth waiting in a crazy line. The experience was fun, though...More
