They are parked in an area with many other trucks but dat cajun guy is the best . Had buffalo shrimp po boy it was so fresh. Had some spice to it . The guys on the truck were very nice and made sure you were pleased . The tea is a great compliment to whatever you eat.

We stopped here only because I was hungry on the way to the North Shore and among all the shrimp trucks found this guy, well dat Cajun guy and the menu just sounded too delicious to pass up. Is Hawaii the right place for Cajun food? Probably not. Was it fantastic? Absolutely! The guys working the truck are among the... More

I was part of a small tour group and starving. Our guide had the buffalo chicken po-boy and I had the fried-chicken po-boy. It was delicious. The serving is more than generous. And their iced tea can't be beat.

On our way to another garlic shrimp food truck, we came across Dat Cajun Guys. We ordered shrimp from both, and jambalaya, fried fish, red beans and sweet tea from Dat Cajun Guys. Hand down - best food and service. We'll be headed back tomorrow. Food is authentic and delicious... they also take credit cards another score!

We arrived hungry at the food truck when the Cajun Guys were about to close. Only for us they stayed longer. From our POV it was well worth it: Friendly service and cheap, yet absolutely delicious food. The next day, we realized that my dad must have forgotten his Ray-Ban sunglasses on their counter. We contacted them via internet. The... More

I'm an Australian who is a fan of Cajun cooking and don't often get to eat it so I really looked forward to going back here on my return trip. We had a party of four so we were able to try the different offerings, so listen up! 1. Jambalaya - tasty, good flavours, chicken and beef and pork. Rice... More

GUMBOLYAYA! What an awesome place! The food is awesome, had the full serving of Gumbolyaya and a side of fried shrimp, not sure what is in the dipping sauce but it is like crack, so good I ordered another plate! Not as busy as the other trucks around the lot, score one for you - it'd be worth it even... More
