I've visited this area several times for business & each time I am on the search for fresh garlic shrimp. I've try most of the trucks in North Shore & some of the upscale places by Waikiki however by far the BEST garlic shrimp I've EVER had is from this little truck in North Shore. I rave about it to... Stopped here for the famous garlic shrimp that this area is known for. I had the shrimp and my wife had the sticky rice and mango. Hers was fantastic. I am not sold on the shrimp though.

We ate here at evening. They open up to 9 pm. We tried garlic and spicy shrimps. The flavor of the shrimps was excellent, with a wonderful seasoning. Rice was lacking a little bit of salt, but mixed with the sauce, was delicious.

The food was fine. Nothing to write home about but not bad. They had Pho which was great- my husband had a nasty cold and the Pho hit the spot for him. I had Pad Thai that was fair. We also had chicken satay as an appetizer and that was definitely the best thing we ate! I think the thing... More

We had the beef pho, pad Thai, and garlic shrimp. The shrimp was really fab, went brilliantly with the sticky rice. The pad Thai was quite disappointing and the pho was somewhere in the middle. Lots of potential. Just not a lot of consistency. Alas :/. I picked this place because Opal was closed. Next time, will just try another... More

It doesn't look like much, but the food is on point. Went there for lunch with the kids after surfing and we had Thai drunken noodle, garlic shrimp and pad thai. It was all very good and reasonably priced. If you sit on the tables, be prepared to fend off the wild chickens who will come up and attack. They... More

I came in March & stumbled on this gem. Tried the garlic shrimp & almost went into a food coma. I came back in July & accidentally ended up trying the garlic shrimp at other surrounding trucks which I instantly regretted. By far this is the best garlic shrimp I've ever had. It sits on this buttery savory sauce that's... More

We had lunch here because the place across the road had a huge line.....and it looked cute from the road. The ambiance was good for a food truck....picnic tables with umbrellas, but under trees, so it was shaded. They had nice music playing and the food was 5 star. We had the springs rolls, green papaya salad and the garlic... More

This was not our first choice but ended up being a ok stop the food was average to below average - nothing special, the roosters walking around were quite tame and used to being fed and left me concerned to leave food unattended for even a second to grab a napkin for example and added to the atmosphere. Probably would... More

Back home we have excellent Thai food so while we are not experts we know good Thai food. I am always hungry for Thai so this was the first Thai food truck that we tried during our recent visit to Haleiwa. I had pork Pad Thai and it was just average. Summer rolls again just average. They were too fat... More
