The food here is great, but another reason we take friends there is for the beautiful gardens and the Hawaiian feel. After living in the area for 35 years, we are grateful for this type of dining. Aloha, Betty

This hidden restaurant is up against the mountains on the Kaneohe side of Oahu. Not easy to find and get there early for parking. The prime rib is so awesome it is unbelievable! Best ever! All the food is excellent with wonderful service. Get there by 5pm for a table or after 7:30pm for 2nd seating. No reservations for parties... More

From prime rib to coconut shrimp to a killer view.... it's rated #1 on Oahu for a reason. We will make this a stop on our annual trip.

Kaneohe is not a tourist area, but more for locals. Yet this restaurant should be on your list if you visit Oahu. On the Windward side, this restaurant offers indoor dining while exposed to the outdoors, and the view is spectacular. The food is very good, but not outstanding. The prices can be a bit steep, but I think it's... More

Good restaurant, great service. Haleiwa Joe's is a must-visit. Be aware that they don't take reservations and there is almost always a 30 to 90 minute wait most nights. If you don't mind eating from the bar menu, you can just sit in the bar area and munch on appetizers, soups, salads. We did that and were more than satisfied.... More

We enjoy Windward Haleiwa Joe's when friends are visiting from the mainland or celebrating birthday's. Out of town guests love to walk around Haiku Gardens and look the tropical fauna and enjoy the beauty of the area. We love the Prime Rib and the desserts are great!

If you're on the Windward side of Oahu looking for a fully Hawaiian experience, don't miss Haleiwa Joe's at its scenic windward location. Nestled in a beautiful garden, set in dense woods with a small pond below, you will dine outdoors (most tables) or under roof (some tables) with excellent service and amazing food. This is a reliable and authentic... More
