Saw this place while leaving Costco. I got the fish tacos, my husband got a chicken burrito, my sister got one of the chicken rice bowls. The staff is just so warm and friendly. Happy to help with any questions. We LOVED the food so much! The place is teeny tiny inside, but also has a few tables outside. I... More

It can be challenging to find good Mexican food on Oahu. Taco del Mar offers several choices. They put your order together in front of you. You can eat in or dine out. The guacamole was good and fresh. The chips were crisp and not too salty. Overall it was a nice treat.

Our server Nolan was great! He was very attentive and pleasant. Tacos were filled with meat. Burrito also very large and filling. Complimentary chips and salsa was also delicious. Enjoyable meal and we'll be back.

Our vegan family of four had burritos with rice, beans, guacamole, lettuce, and salsa. The burrito was pretty good but not that large. Good for a light dinner or lunch. Restaurant was clean, service was good.

We were craving fish tacos and it was basically a frozen fish stick:( It was clean but the food was just average.

Not the best mexican restaurant I had visited but not the worst either. Service is a little slow, but the food was hot when it arrived. All the steak items on the menu are really tough and chewy. Flavorful if you can chew the the meat.

A visit to Taco Del Mar is a "must do" when we are visiting KoOlina. The service can be slow, but hey, it's Hawaii, so relax. The wait is worth it. Margaritas are bomb, and there is a Taco Tuesday special, so check it out. You won't be disappointed.

We like going here because of the choices. Custom order what you want how you want it. Food is good with good size portions. Prices are good for Island location.
