I would have never experienced some of the great food if I had not gone with family who knew what to order. The place is a little hole in the wall but the food was tasty and flavorful. We had soup, cake noodles (a must try), black bean shrimp with the dumpling bread is ono. The serving is huge so... More

Laie Chop Suey was a nice find inside the Laie Shopping Center near the Polynesian Culture Center. We arrived there shortly after 11a.m and the Polynesian Culture Center was not open until 12 noon; therefore, it was a nice stop for a local Chinese restaurant lunch. It is small, perhaps only about 15-20 tables. Their orders are totally huge! I... More

Have eaten here many times. My favorite is the Wor Won Ton (without the mai) soup. They have other goodies as well but this is my fave.

After a long trip around the North Shore, we were looking for a quick lunch stop. Hubby won out and this was it. The air conditioning was a plus too. Have to say - was a little nervous when we went in. The place is old and in need of an update. Reviews online were decent so we thought why... More

My wife and I really enjoyed the quality food at a very reasonable price along with very friendly waitresses. Highly recommend the food.

We all enjoyed what we had, except for the spring rolls which were greasy messes. The big surprise was the large servings and low prices; by far the best value we have encountered in Hawaii.

We felt like Chinese that night....a change from all the Burgers and Hawaiian Food. Next to the Foodland you'll find this little place. It's pretty popular and was full with mostly locals....a good sign. We ordered the duck with sides to take out....about 20min waiting time (which we spent next door in Foodland). Duck was good, meat of good quality... More

This Chinese restaurant is located in the Laie shopping center. The walls of this restaurant hang framed signed football jerseys of football stars from Kahuku High School and the area. The very fact that there us a Polynesian Hall of Fame in Laie testifies to how involved the community is in all levels of sports and this restaurant is a... More

Located in a strip center, this little restaurant did a busy take out business in the short time that we were there for dinner. Lots of pictures of the dishes offered line the walls. Food was average, but portions were more than generous.
