We picked up some quick sandwiches to take into Acadia with us and honestly it was the best decision ever! I got the corned beef which was delicious on sun bread which was squishy and delicious. My friend got the thanksgiving one, which if that style sandwich is your thing, she said it was fantastic. It comes with a pickle... More

Our tour guide said it was good; she had recommended several places. We got there and it looked pretty basic. Not even tables, we had to take our lobster rolls to a sidewalk bench. I'm thinking, "$15 each for shellfish on a hot dog bun?" Then I unwrapped it. It looked like practically an entire lobster stuffed into the bun!... More

Yummy! I was determined to have lobster rolls at every stop and Downeast Deli didn't disappoint! They had four options for lobster rolls (see pics) and I went with the classic. It was delicious. The portion was generous and they were quick and friendly. My mom had egg salad and a slice of their blueberry pie which she thoroughly enjoyed.... More

I bought a lobster roll here and at first I felt quite disappointed. The roll looked small and was soggy. BUT when I had a closer look it contained a whole lobster! And it was extremely delicious. You'll have to find a bus seat across the road to eat it on but if it's value you want then you must... More

We ended up here looking for a roll after checking out several other places on the street that were more expensive. The lobster roll and chowder were delicious and the blueberry pie a yummy bonus. It was a quick in and out but very good.

We bought breakfast sandwiches here (to go only) and got sandwiches made to take with us to the National Park all at the same time. It was quick and tasty, all four meals. A great option.

The best Lobster Roll in Bar Harbor and wonderful Blueberry Pie! I got the warm lobster meat with hot butter, because I don't have a big appetite. I thoroughly enjoyed it very much.

We were a party of six, five of whom had the chowder and lobster roll. I sent in a slightly different direction and had a bowl of the lobster bisque. While they were all raving about their chowder, my bisque came..... I tasted it; They saw my face; Their spoons all started attacking my bowl. As good as the chowder... More
