We had a wonderful meal here on January 1, 2017. The food was well prepared and some of the dishes were definitely better than others. The ceviche was delicious. It was an expensive meal and while the scallops tasted great, it was $26 for two scallops. The service was good, though it took awhile for the food to come out.... More

maybe im biased after getting back from a month in chile. food was ok but nothing to write home about. empanadas were definitely average, but ceviche was very good. service was excellent.. and the place is cavernous which doesnt project a great vibe

We visited Christmas Eve and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. A large restaurant, we dined on the enclosed, heated patio. Great service, delicious food and drinks, well worth it!

Food was excellent across the menu, and they had all the Peruvian basics plus some very creative dishes.

We absolutely loved Le Mar Cebicheria....from the wonderful beef and mushroom empanadas, the extremely tasty and varied cebiches, to our favorite: lomo saltado! The flavors and presentations were so compelling that we absolutely can't wait to revisit to further explore the Chef's other wonderful offerings.

First time visit to this chef-owned restaurant and we had such an enjoyable evening. Beautiful dining room, noise acoustics were better than most restaurants these days and very knowledgeable staff. Nice cocktail menu and wine list. Loved the menu - we decided to try a variety of small plates so ordered something from each category of the left side of... More

The 4 of us thought La Mar would be a great change of pace during the week before Christmas. The front room across from the bar felt barn-like, and it was almost as cold inside as outside. The Christmas music blaring in our ears was so loud that I asked our waiter if it could be turned down a bit,... More

Their appetizer which consist of raw seafood (fish, shrimp, octopus) combined with their authentic fresh tomato, corriander and basil sauce is perfect! The portion is a bit small so better order a number of them, the main dish that I git was fish skewers, a bit bland but the fish is fresh, I'd opt for their raw seafood better than... More

La Mar is trying to offer the Peruvian menu of the original La Mar in Lima, but given the lack of some the ingredients it is an almost impossible job. But it does way better than the Miami restaurant of the same group.

Came here for a Birthday and made a reservation for a party of 18 a couple of months in advance. They were able to accommodate our requests for specific things. Service was excellent, although I wished we had more than one waiter for our large party to move things along. Food was excellent and everyone was satisfied with their meals.
